We partnered with IHG at Adobe Summit 2021 to discuss how IHG is using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront to optimize their global brand management . IHG is rapidly expanding its global footprint to support over 7,800 individual hotels across 16 brands and 17 languages. They started 2020 with the goal to add new brands and locations at scale while continuing to differentiate each hotel property with a unique digital experience. Then the pandemic hit. Hospitality was impacted particularly hard by the
near-total stoppage of business. How could they succeed?


With a Workfront + AEM Integration, and a custom connection between IHG’s internal hotel database and AEM, IHG was able to dynamically create landing pages and experience fragments. They found ways to scale their enterprise solutions by enabling self-serve Experience Manager content while maintaining brand integrity. And they used this integration to deliver content from distributed sources to AEM to automate, remove redundancies, and create consistent experiences.
