About Mark

I’ve committed my career to being a leader and consultant that aligns the IT value chain of teams, services, and platforms for organizations that find themselves at inflection points of change or growth. I believe that effective, user-centric technology is the only way to enable effective change on a large scale.


I lead by fostering diverse relationships as the foundation to establishing renewed trust with IT and collaborating closely with business leaders to identify the most effective IT investments and service models. I build and mentor teams in the building of services that target common business goals. In this era, I help businesses pursue efficiency, distribute the workforce, increase flexibility and innovate to virtualize and mobilize business services.


Unleashing tangible value through technology is my passion. My leadership journey has taught me that change is a people business and ultimately I lead, support, and serve people in the pursuit of real value.


Something Fun:

I am a private pilot, a trained sailor, and a seasoned motorcycle rider.  I am passionate about being outdoors and traveling the world. I am married to Kelly Tappenden Trenchard and we share four young adult daughters.
