Rightpoint + Hoodoo: A New Chapter

We are thrilled to share our excitement about beginning a new chapter as a company; we have been acquired by Genpact to join their experience business under their brand Rightpoint. Rightpoint is an industry-leading experience firm that specializes in creating seamless, intuitive, and meaningful experiences for organizations to deepen relationships with their customers and their employees. 


This acquisition will integrate the complementary skill sets of both Hoodoo and Rightpoint, allowing us to help our customers achieve experience-led evolution by fusing experience with process innovation, driving end-to-end digital transformation that puts people at its center. Together, Hoodoo and Rightpoint are excited to provide expanded capabilities with holistic solutions that seamlessly integrate digital content, eCommerce, data analytics, and marketing operations across the enterprise—driving smarter insights and more strategic impact for our customers.


Hoodoo’s Co-founder, Andy Wakefield indicated that Hoodoo and Rightpoint share a common vision to help our customers provide the best digital experiences possible for their customers. “Bringing our teams together expands our design and strategy capabilities and provides an incredible talent pool to jointly design winning solutions that drive revenue growth for our clients,” he said.
